Terms and Conditions of Booking

 

These terms and conditions are strictly for online booking only and override all other printed or verbal booking conditions.

What happens once I have purchased my activity ?

Once we have processed your payment you will be sent a confirmation pack containing full details of your chosen activity and a confirmation number.

Please then call our Booking office on 01786 880 539 quoting your confirmation number and we will schedule your day with us*.

Conditions of booking

  • Although we endeavor in every aspect to ensure your safety whilst in our care, persons under the influence of alcohol or drugs practice this sport at their own risk.

  • Failure to follow concise instructions by our staff may also affect your rights as a consumer.

  • We reserve the right to cancel days at short notice due to unsuitable weather conditions.  Phoenix Falconry Services Ltd cannot offer a refund on any expenses you may incur in relation to the cancelled experience

  • Refunds will only be considered at the discretion of the management. No refund will be given if the participant cancels within 7 days of booked day. If more than 7 days notice is given we will rearrange a date that is convenient to both parties.

  • All requests for refunds must be put in writing to our booking office address within 14 days of the problem.

  • We also do not allow casual callers on site. If you wish to visit then please contact us to arrange instructors.

  • We do not allow unpaid spectators on any of our experiences.

  • Details of insurance available on request.

  • * Your activity must be booked within three (3) months of your purchase

Spectator and Age limit policy.

 

Places on our ‘Meet the Birds’ activity are strictly limited to ten people.

Spectators are welcome but as they take up one of these places we make a charge of 50% of the current advertised price. This is payable before the activity commences.

We DO NOT allow spectators to attend our ‘Walk in the Wilderness’ or ‘Falconry adventure’ activities.

All our activities are strictly limited to those over the age of 14.
